Scott Snider has worked in public safety for the past 18 years, with an affinity for investing in real estate.  Working in public safety has taught Scott to be patient, detail oriented, proactive, and dependable.  Equipped with these skills, Scott decided it was time to merge his interest in real estate and commitment for helping others by bringing his experience to Snider Realty Group, LLC. 

Growing up one of seven children, Scott understands the importance of family and wants to make you part of the Snider Realty Group, LLC family. As your realtor, Scott will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are tackling the process of selling, he will work with you to get you the fairest price, quickly, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and Snider Reatly Group’s superior marketing materials. If buying your next home, he will work relentlessly to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you, equipping you as a buyer to be in strongest negotiating position possible.

Scott understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As your realtor, he will work to lessen your load and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication, being accessible whenever you might need him.

A triad resident since 1989, Scott is a passionate member of the community.  He loves spending time with his wife, their two children and two dogs, volunteering at church, cooking, traveling, photography, running, and working in his yard.
